Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin level in the blood is below normal, which often occurs in adolescent girls due to increased iron requirements and an unbalanced diet. Adolescent girls are a vulnerable group because they menstruate every month, putting them at risk of regular iron loss. Globally, the prevalence of anemia reaches 24.8% and is higher in adolescent girls in developing countries. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia has increased to around 32% according to national data. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and conduct early detection of anemia through screening for adolescent girls. The activity took place at SMPN 14 Kota Bima, targeting adolescent girls in grades VII and VIII. The activity was carried out through screening, which included hemoglobin level checks accompanied by health education. Results showed that some participants had low hemoglobin levels. Health education increased participants' knowledge about anemia prevention. This activity was effective in increasing awareness and early detection of anemia.
