Accidents are one of the most common health problems occurring in school environments and may lead to serious injuries if not managed promptly and appropriately. The low level of students’ knowledge and skills regarding First Aid poses a challenge in creating a safe and prepared school environment. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge, skills, and preparedness of senior high school students through nursing education on first aid. The method used was an educative–participatory approach consisting of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The implementation phase included interactive lectures, discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice of basic first aid techniques. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments as well as observation of practical skills. The results showed an increase in students’ knowledge after the educational intervention, indicated by higher post-test scores compared to pre-intervention results. Most students were able to correctly perform basic first aid procedures, such as wound management, bleeding control, and assisting fainting victims. Students’ preparedness also improved, as reflected in calmer, more responsive, and confident attitudes in emergency situations. Nursing education on first aid proved effective in enhancing students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, and contributed to fostering a culture of safety and preparedness within the school environment.
