PERENCANAAN DIGITALISASI SISTEM INFORMASI FINANSIAL UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI APOTEK BASUKI JAYA TLOGOADI SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to design the digitalization of a web-based financial information system to support cash outflow management at Apotek Basuki Jaya. The main problem faced by the partner was the expense recording process, which was still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp communication, creating the potential for recording errors, data redundancy, and delays in financial reporting. The implementation methods included observation, interviews, problem identification, system requirements analysis, and the design of a web-based financial information system. The results of this community service activity included interface design, cash outflow management workflow, table relationships, and database design tailored to the operational needs of the pharmacy. The resulting system design is expected to serve as a reference for future financial application development in the implementation stage, thereby improving administrative effectiveness, financial data management, and supporting the optimization of healthcare services at the pharmacy
